About Us

Hotel Mediterraneo is located in the popular travel destination L.Hersonissos, 25 km east from Heraklion city & airport. The hotel combines easy access to the center of the town (1 km), privacy, quietness, luxury & a panoramic view to the sea.

There are 4 different room types:

A. Double standard room (ca 25 m2) maximum capacity: 3 adults
B. Junior Suite (ca. 32 m2 with a separated bedroom with a double bed and interconnected door, and a room with 2 single beds) maximum capacity: 4 adults
C. Villas with private pools (ca 55 m2 with 1 spacious bedroom & 1 sitting room with 2 sofa beds) maximum capacity: 5 adults
D. Executive Suites (ca 27 m2) with 1 double bed, a seating area and maximum capacity of 2 adults.

Restaurants & Bars

There is the MEDITERRANEO main restaurant with sea & pool view for breakfast lunch and dinner in buffet-style and the OLIVE GARDEN restaurant, serving light meals & snacks on buffet style from 11:00 – 17:00 next to one of the hotel pools.

There are also THE LOBBY BAR and the POOL BAR, that are open from 10:00 - 02:00 serving cocktails and drinks.

The walking distance from the closest beach is between 300 and 400 meters where you will find all kind of sea sports & games, beach services such as chairs and umbrellas, refreshments and lots of other facilities with matching pleasure. Star Beach water Park is only 500m away.

The hotel is also a member of the Golf Club of Crete (5km away).
